Janet is a lawyer based in Nairobi, a social entrepreneur and philanthropist. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Core of Humanity. Janet was born and raised in abject poverty in Eastern Kenya. She joined African Child Foundation (ACF) as a beneficiary in 2007. ACF sponsored her high school and university education.  She is a strategic, innovative, mission-driven leader, with more than 7 years of serving under ACF as a volunteer. She is a compassionate leader, with a broad smile she embraces children living in poverty everywhere she goes as a show of God’s unconditional love, giving them hope and courage to dream. Janet has an extensive background in Law, Governance, Sociology, and Development studies hence she leveraged her skills to be the CEO of the NGO.
